Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Aureon Collective (“Aureon Collective, ” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of aureoncollective.io and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a resource, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account, created through our authentication provider. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Resources and purchases

All articles on the Service are free to read. Downloadable resources (checklists, calculators, notebooks, and similar files) are listed on our Resources page and are sold and delivered by Gumroad, not by us. Some are free; some are paid.

Where the purchase happens. Clicking a resource takes you to Gumroad, which handles checkout, payment, delivery of the file, and your purchase receipt. Your transaction is subject to Gumroad’s terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. We never see or store your card details.
One-time purchases. Paid resources are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
Prices. Prices shown on the Service are indicative; the price charged at checkout on Gumroad governs. We may change prices at any time, with no effect on completed purchases.
Refunds. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where Gumroad's own refund policy applies.
Delivery problems. If a file does not arrive, contact us at dispatch@aureoncollective.io and we will help you resolve it with Gumroad.

4. Financial disclaimer, please read

Aureon Collective provides educational and informational content only. It is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or trading advice, and must not be relied upon as such.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing on the Service creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship.
No content is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, financial instrument, or strategy. There are no buy/sell signals or alerts.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past or hypothetical performance is not indicative of future results. Backtests and models have inherent limitations and may not reflect real-world results.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Conduct your own research and consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.
We make no representation that any strategy, idea, or information will be profitable or suitable for you.

5. Intellectual property and license

The Service and its content, including articles, research notebooks, templates, and other resources, are owned by Aureon Collective or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own, non-commercial use.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

Copy, redistribute, resell, or publish our files or resources, whether obtained free or paid.
Share purchased files with others in place of their own purchase.
Scrape, data-mine, or use automated means to access the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, to disrupt or compromise the Service’s security or integrity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with us.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Clerk, Gumroad, and Vercel) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content is accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureon Collective and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading or investment losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aureon Collective and its operators from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the Service at any time; sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of California, USA for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims proceedings, where applicable.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
